Here at BikeShare.com, we talk a lot about what makes a good bike sharing street. The criteria could differ from place to place, but it usually includes something about urban density and decent bicycle infrastructure.

We don’t normally insist that the streets be charming little blocks lined with distinct architecture, outdoor cafes, and hundreds more people than cars. But after riding vicariously through this video of a trip on a Vélib’ bike in the Le Marais neighborhood of Paris, we might reconsider out criteria.
